I worked with a Psychiatrist to lead Court Mandated Anger Management Groups for teenagers, I lead groups in the Inpatient Stress Unit at a Hospital, and I did evaluations in the ER to determine if someone needed admitted or not for mental health reasons.
I worked in private practice under someone else's ownership. Children's Division referred many children & teenagers that had been removed from their families and placed in state custody. I was able to be a part of and help in reconnecting some families. Worked with children & teenagers in healing from trauma, abuse, neglect, and low self-esteem. Worked with parents to make life changing decisions, break habits, and fight their way back.

I worked as a therapist in a medical setting in which I became the Behavioral Health Director. I was able to help a wide range of ages and issues. I was also certified as a Behavioral Health Consultant in which I worked closely with Primary Care Physicians to consider the physical, emotional, and behavioral aspects of health and conducted brief interventions on a wide range of issues.

Qualifications are important to look for when seeking a good therapist. But someone who has a great education will only make a great partner in therapy if they have a personality to match. A good therapeutic relationship, a safe, comfortable, and non-judgmental environment is a vital necessity for productive therapy.
This is my goal.
Services
Services are provided through any device with internet and a camera such as a laptop, desk top computer, tablet, or smart phone.
Individual Counseling
This is a one-on-one discussion between you and your therapist. These sessions allow clients to explore their feelings, behaviors, emotions, and beliefs in a safe, caring, and confidential setting. As a bond is formed between the client and therapist, the trust and rapport developed creates an environment that promotes safe self-examination and personal growth in the client. By talking through challenging issues, the client and therapist can explore significant past events, identify areas of the client's life that might be improved, set goals, and work towards change.
Family Counseling
This may include all family members or just those able or willing to participate. Your specific treatment plan will depend on your family's situation. These sessions can teach you skills to deepen family connections and get you through stressful times, even after you're done going to therapy sessions.
Marriage/Couples Counseling
This can be utilized by anyone in a committed relationship who needs support in navigating their relationship issues. These sessions help couples express their respective opinions about issues, work to teach healthy, productive communication, stop the cycle of non-productive arguing or patterns of behavior, and help build trust, respect, and intimacy.
